Hey guys!

Finally, I am going to share with you the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and baking soda since so many of you have been asking me why I drink this magic potion. If you missed my YouTube video make sure to check it out as I go over some of the benefits and how to mix it.

Benefits Why drink Apple Cider Vinegar?

  • Burn fat as it speeds up your metabolism, yay!
  • Bloated? It relieves and makes your tummy feel so much better.
  • It's great for your hair and skin since it has vitamins that our hair and skin need to look radiant.
  • Cleanse your body from toxins
  • Helps with muscle cramps because of the minerals that it contains.
  • Helps with eye dryness, so this a plus if you wear contact lenses.
  • Feeling like you are getting a cold? It helps fight it off.
  • Great for your oral health, helps to prevent cavities.

How I mix it

  • 8 to 12 oz of water
  • 2 TSP of Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 TSP of Baking soda
  • Mix all ingredients

Drink it with a straw in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before you go to bed. You can also drink it 30 minutes for you eat or after.
